We, the International Alliance of Russian Germans “Renaissance”, call on all those who feel their spiritual connection with the Russian world, regardless of national and religious affiliation, to unite their efforts in building a new world order, free from inequality, misanthropy, lies and the unjust right of the “strong” in relations between states, peoples and people, organizations and companies.
The founders of the International Alliance of Russian Germans “Renaissance” are the Joint Stock Company International Council of Russian Germans “Renaissance” (Russia) and Internationale volksrat der Russlanddeutsche “Wieddergeburt” e.V. (Germany).
The International Council of Russian Germans “Renaissance” is a Russian joint-stock company developing a supranational commercial platform “Electronic Compatriot Card (ECC)” designed to support foreign entrepreneurs, their employees, and their family members moving permanently to the EAEU and relocating their business and highly qualified employees to the EAEU.
The Electronic Compatriot Card (ECC) is a personalized electronic card that provides personalized access to services and facilities that facilitate relocation and transfer of business to Russia and obtaining Russian citizenship. The ECS is issued free of charge. Government and commercial services are provided free of charge or paid for in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and tariffs of commercial organizations-partners providing additional services.
