In a business and friendly atmosphere the President of the Interregional Public Organization “Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs” Andrey Podenk and Executive Director of NAORC, General Representative of the China-Armenia Regional Development Fund in the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Beijing Daxing Trade Information Consulting Co Ltd” Vladimir Lishchuk signed the “Framework Agreement on Strategic Economic Cooperation between Enterprises of the PRC and the Russian Federation”. The subject of this agreement is the establishment of partnership relations and development of effective and mutually beneficial cooperation in order to create conditions for the growth and development of business entities of the parties, to create conditions for effective interaction and development of contacts between entrepreneurs, as well as strengthening and development of foreign economic cooperation of business entities, competitiveness and promotion of goods, works and services in foreign markets. Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs is the oldest interregional public organization of heads of enterprises, businessmen of Russia, established in 1989. Entrepreneurs from 51 regions of Russia and foreign countries are represented in more than 50 committees of the Association. Branches and representative offices of the Association operate not only in Russian regions and CIS countries, but also in Africa (Morocco), Asia (China, Vietnam, Mongolia, Cambodia), USA, Cuba and other countries. The Association cooperates with the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, the Governments of the Russian Federation, Moscow and Russian regions, committees of the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, offices of plenipotentiary representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in federal districts, legislative assemblies of regions, more than 40 associations of entrepreneurs. The Association assists entrepreneurs in promoting orders, attracting investments and credit resources, setting up business and ensuring its security, optimizing accounting, developing business plans and feasibility studies, provides consulting, auditing, legal services, organizes free internships and training, distributes free of charge information and methodological literature on organizing one’s own business and other problems of economics and law, provides assistance in financing projects, including. with obtaining foreign grants, works on selection and registration of non-residential premises and buildings for lease and ownership.
