Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on a simplified procedure for foreigners who do not accept destructive neoliberal attitudes in their countries to resettle in Russia as humanitarian support.
The list includes 47 countries and territories that “implement policies that impose destructive neoliberal ideological attitudes that contradict traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. It includes the United States of America, Great Britain, Germany, France, France, Japan and other states. In particular, of the EU countries there are only Slovakia and Hungary, and of the NATO countries there is only Turkey.
Such people will be able to apply for a temporary residence permit in the Russian Federation: – without taking into account the quota approved by the government; – without submitting a document confirming proficiency in the Russian language, knowledge of Russian history and the basics of legislation.
